Each shipment is fully covered by ZeroBelly.in from the moment it leaves our facility until it is delivered to you. Upon receipt, signing the delivery confirmation acknowledges that the order has been received in good condition. If the order is a gift or collected by someone other than the original buyer, their signature serves as confirmation of successful delivery.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders placed between Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days upon payment verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the order has been shipped.
- Pre-order items require 4 weeks for shipping.
- All shipments are handled by insured couriers to ensure safe delivery.
Domestic & International Shipping
- Domestic Orders (India): Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 5-7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary based on location and order value but typically arrive within 10-15 business days. Our customer service team will provide exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times based on your location.

- Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 1000.00.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD Availability: Available PAN India.
- COD Charges:
- Rs. 100.00 for orders below Rs. 1000.00.
- Rs. 50.00 for orders above Rs. 1000.00.
- COD charges waived on orders over Rs. 5000.00 with a valid coupon.
- COD Booking Fee: Rs. 100.00 must be paid online to avail of the COD facility.
